Through our years of experience, we have streamlined our process to make what can be a daunting/overwhelming task into a smooth and comfortable one for the homeowner.

Phone Consultation

We will kick-off this process with a live, detailed conversation. During this conversation, we will be asking you many questions. We are also going to ask you for some pictures of the existing space and some ballpark measurements. If you have some pictures of what you want the space to look like after the remodel, we would love to see those too. With these details, we’ll be able to give you a ballpark estimate over the phone. If this ballpark estimate fits your budget, we will schedule your in-home consultation.

In-Home Consultation

During the in-home consultation, we will take detailed measurements and show you some catalogs of products so we can get a better idea of your vision for your project. After this meeting, we will provide you with an updated, more precise estimate. If this estimate meets your budget, we will either enter into a design agreement or a contract.

Design Agreement – During a design agreement, we will work with you to make your product selections and layout of your room. Once all selections have been made and the layout is finalized, we will provide you with a proposal and a detailed scope of work. The cost of the design agreement is typically 2% of the initial estimate of the project.

Contract – Not all projects need a design agreement. If product selection and the layout is already known, we can enter into a contract.

Schedule The Project

After the contract is signed, we will order the materials, fixtures and finishes needed to complete the project. We will create a project timeline and schedule a tentative start date. We don’t start a project until all of the materials have arrived. This ensures that we can get the job done quickly and efficiently. If permits are needed, we will prepare and submit them to the appropriate building department.

This is the fun part where we turn your vision into reality! As we work on your home, we will keep you involved and updated at all times.
